Simon has been involved in innovation and project management since leaving the Army in 2000. He is a published author and his book Fast Track to Success - Project Management has been published in over 7 languages. He is currently co-authoring a book on Innovation in the Middle East due out at the end of 2010. Simon has held management positions in the NHS, Psion ( a handheld technology company), and a major US Consulting firm. He now runs Project Leaders International (PLI) Ltd., a software, training and consulting business aimed at improving business performance. The Innovation Leaders brand was started in 2008 and specialises in innovation management as a business discipline. He is a regular blogger and tweets @simongaderry.
